Borough police said they were called about a medical incident on the 300 block of West Chestnut Street around 8:15 p.m. on Dec. 26.

When EMTs arrived and began to help Brian K. Thompson Jr., police said he bit two members of the Good Fellowship Ambulance Company, "causing injuries."

Thompson, 25, was arrested Tuesday, Jan. 2, and released after posting a $20,000 bond, according to court records. He is due back for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 16.

He has another active case in Chester County for alleged harassment and simple assault stemming from a July 2022 incident, the same records show.
